Absolutely. Our experienced team can help you compare components and put together a home audio system around your room, listening preferences and budget. You can also bring your plans or ideas into our Auckland or Hamilton store and we’ll recommend compatible equipment for a personalised setup.
Absolutely. We have the experience to provide expert advice on the right home theatre equipment that suits your needs.
We invite all our customers to experience our products firsthand in our demo rooms. We have 8 demo rooms in our Auckland shop and 5 demo rooms in our Hamilton shop.
If it’s under warranty, please get in touch with our store, and we will sort the issue. We try to help our customers as much as we can.
We have been working with an independent installer for over 15 years. He really knows his stuff, works fast, and won’t break the bank.
A projector is much better for your eyes and usually a lot cheaper to run.
We do lots of trade-ins and also buy used goods or deceased estate products.
Any items that have a packaging larger than 0.140m3 will be qualified as extra large item (eg. Projector Screens, Floorstanding Speakers, Larger Subwoofer, etc.) In this instant, we will need to use an oversized courier to get the order to you. Thus, the extra shipping cost.

You can choose to pay online with Visa or Mastercard securely using DPS – which is our embedded payment gateway. Alternatively you can choose “Direct Credit” and then pay via your Bank. We will ship your goods once we have received cleared payment via your chosen method.
Yes, however this has a limited time expiry of two hours. Any items remaining in your cart at the end of your visit will remain there for two hours only.
You will only be charged one delivery fee per order, regardless of the number of items you order.
If for any reason you need to cancel or change your order, please do not email us but instead call us on (09) 630 1204 as soon as possible. Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way to you as quickly as possible, so the sooner we hear from you, the better!
