Superior quality stereo audio cable pair. Super slim, light weight and flexible design provides ease of installation. Conductors are three 26AWG solid Oxygen Free Copper ( OFC) rated ‘3N’ 99.9 % pure, + nickel drain wire ( ground). Conductors wrapped in single Aluminium / Mylar shielding with 100% coverage. Low Density Polyethylene ( LDPE ) dielectric ( Insulation Material). Gold plated brass contact pins resist corrosion. Compact connector design. Non resonant ABS connector housing provides resistance to heat and impact, provides strength and rigidity. ABS is chosen for both mechanical and electrical properties, being constant over a wide range of frequencies. A fiberglass reinforced hard plastic insert and chuck type strain relief provides secure clamping to the cable. Hand made in New Zealand with fine silver content solder.
