The Acoustic Energy AE Sub is crafted to heighten your listening experience and is the perfect component for your HiFi system. The 250mm downward-firing driver will transmit thundering basslines and low frequencies to get you immersed in the audio. All music and film/TV genres are catered for with a 30Hz – 110kHz frequency response, enabling a crisp sound. The 150W power handling generates robust audio signals and elevates your entertainment. The compact design allows for flexible positioning with a vinyl finish that adds a stylish vibe to your home.
Bespoke soft dome tweeter
Designed in tandem with the bass/mid driver, the 25mm soft dome tweeter offers perfectly integrated, distortion-free, high-frequency playback. The powerful high-power neodymium motor ensures that even at high volumes, distortion will be kept to an absolute minimum.
High-fidelity, detailed bass/mid driver
Impressive bass performance courtesy of the high-power, long excursion motor used. The doped paper cones used allow for a higher crossover, producing seamless integration between the bass/mid driver and tweeter.
Tuned cabinet
The 100 series speakers have been designed using thin, yet high-density enclosures. Tuned bracing reduces harmful resonances, allowing impressive, full-sounding audio from such small cabinets. Rear slot porting extends the bass, producing full and rich audio.
Powerful Driver
The AE subwoofer is equipped with a 250mm high-excursion doped and stiffened paper cone that will transmit brilliant sound detail around the room. The downward firing design ensures you can get completely immersed in the audio.
Varied Frequencies
Enjoy all of your favourite music and film/TV genres in extreme precision thanks to the 30Hz – 110kHz frequency response and enjoy intricately low frequencies. Harnessed with 150W power handling and a 105dB sensitivity range will further add to the audio and will upscale the immersion.
Stylish Design
The Acoustic Energy AE subwoofer is home to a delightful vinyl veneer that is a much-appreciated visual gift to your living space. The compact design also ensures that the subwoofer can fit comfortably in various places whether it’s in a cabinet or next to speakers.
